I am Radhey Shyam, the Chairperson and a retired Headmaster. Hailing from Mirchpur, Haryana-a village renowned for producing a teacher from nearly every home-I have dedicated my life to rural education, character building, and community service. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to empowering students and strengthening society through the transformative power of education. Even after retirement, I continue to serve with the same passion and dedication, striving to inspire future generations through leadership, values, and lifelong service.
I am Dr. Arun Kumar, Founder of the Arun-Kumar Foundation. As a social reformer and changemaker, I have dedicated my journey to serving society through impactful initiatives in healthcare, education, youth leadership, and community development. It is an honor to have been recognized with awards such as the APJ Abdul Kalam Sewa Samman, but my true motivation lies in creating meaningful change. Through the Arun-Kumar Foundation, I remain committed to building a just, empowered, and compassionate India where every individual has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and thrive.
I'm Aryan Kharb, Chief Coordinator at the Arun-Kumar Foundation. I don't build for applause, I build because the work needs to get done. My focus is education, empowerment, and digital outreach - quiet work, real impact. I believe in a just, awakened India. Not the one we talk about. The one we actually build - brick by brick, without waiting for permission, without needing an audience. That's the only kind of work I trust.
I am Punit Lohan, Pro-Coordinator at the Arun-Kumar Foundation. I am committed to supporting the foundation's mission by coordinating impactful initiatives, strengthening community engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of our programs. Through teamwork, effective communication, and dedicated service, I strive to contribute to meaningful social change and help create a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve.
As Advisor to the Arun-Kumar Foundation, I bring my experience as a Global Learning & Development and Organization Development leader to help build workforce capability across complex, multi-business healthcare ecosystems. My work is about architecting strategies that align employee growth with real business objectives - leadership development, talent management, and digital learning transformations that change how teams actually learn and collaborate.
I'm the founder of Nerds Room, and as Programme Coordinator at AKF, I focus on building real, ground-level impact connecting communities, getting resources to the people who need them, and driving change that goes beyond paperwork.
Competitive problem-solving has always been my space. I've been a finalist at the IIIT Delhi Hackathon and runner-up at the E-Cell VGI Ideathon. But the real satisfaction comes from seeing AKF's work actually change someone's life. Reaching the roots and strengthening them that's the mission I'm here for.
